KASAPI was organized by the current President and CEO, Carlito A. Fernando on January 3, 2007 at Talavera, Nueva Ecija making up to his dream to be of service to the community.
Looking back, on January 3, 2007, an office was set up at his home town at Fernando’s residence in Barangay Esguerra, Talavera, Nueva Ecija with only three (3) employees. They have created Pangkabuhayan Group Loan Program which caters for group clients and Pangkabuhayan Individual Loan Program which provides products and services for individual borrowers. They started their first set of releases for eight (8) clients who were also their neighbors at the same barangay, with Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) loan approved amount each client.
Pangkabuhayan Group Loan Program (PGLP) A loan extended program served by KASAPI to help the economically active poor Filipino masses within our region. This program is for groups of three (3) borrowers, which helps build a sense of shared accountability among members who are small scale entrepreneurs. The loan ranges from P4,000 up to P25,000.
Micro-Agri Loan Program (MALP) Provides loan, which ranges from P10,000 up to P315,000 for agricultural projects and businesses primarily financing the farm inputs and labor cost of the farming process from seeding to harvesting. It applies for lone or individual borrower.
Financial Assistance for Regular Employee (FARE) Otherwise known as salary loan, this provides assistance for those regular and permanent employees of any private or public institutions such as schools, city halls, local hospitals, etc. Applicants can have a loan amounting to their gross monthly income.
Rice Consumption Loan (RCL) A loan given to clients that aims to help them meet one of their fundamental needs. It is synchronized with their principal loan. This new program is in line with KASAPI Enterprises’ vision of becoming one of the well-known producers of quality rice in Nueva Ecija.

KASAPI Foundation enthusiastically pioneered Zumba Bida, a health and fitness program for a cause organized on September 2, 2016 with participants from different departments of Central Office. The main objective of the program is to raise funds for the beneficiaries in the gift-giving activity in Talavera and to promote fun workout activities incorporated with routines to lose weight and be physically fit.
Ecijanos Travel and Events Corporation, a member of the KASAPI Group, had recently purchased a 45-seat model of King Long bus unit on September 8, 2016 for its operational use. It was named after the institution’s slogan, “Kaagapay sa Paglalakbay” and serves as a remarkable achievement of the subsidiary in 2016. The acquisition has spurred its client turnover as it aids in providing efficient transportation services for both the staffs and clients.
After the highly anticipated 10th Founding Anniversary Celebration and Thanksgiving Party, Central Office employees ended the year in a colorful revelry as they conducted an annual year-end party on December 29, 2016 held at 3rd flr. Conference Hall, KASAPI Corporate Centre.
KASAPI Ako Foundation staff conducted the annual KASAPI Himig sa Pasko: Caroling and Gift-giving activity on December 21 to 23, 2016 for the selected barangays in Talavera. The activity aims to bring hope and gifts that the poor families can share and enjoy together during Christmas.
KASAPI Marketing Corporation (KMC) conducted a blessing ceremony and grand opening of the 2nd clinic of Montage owned and operated by the institution on September 30, 2016 preceded by the General Manager, Ms. Laarni A. Fernando and the KASAPI Group’s President/CEO, Mr. Carlito A. Fernando. The launching of the clinic was essentially made within reach for customers with high demands for cosmetic dermatology services.
